Free Trial Evaluation

We offer a comprehensive 8-day free trial for clinics to evaluate our AI software before purchasing a premium plan.

Final Sale Policy

Because of this evaluation period, all $2800 ACH payments made for the 7-month premium term are strictly final and non-refundable.

No Prorated Refunds

No prorated refunds are issued for active terms, partial months, unused features, or early termination during the subscription period.

Cancellation To Prevent Future Billing

To cancel the subscription and prevent future billing, contact support@xemarth.com from your registered email address before the next renewal date. Cancellation stops future charges only and does not generate a refund for the current active term.

By making payment, you acknowledge that the premium service is a digital subscription delivered immediately after purchase and that the above non-refundable terms apply.
