Service Description
Xemarth provides a business-to-business AI voice platform for healthcare organizations. The service may include call answering, appointment routing, intake collection, reporting, and administrative workflow support.
Customer Responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, the legality of your use of the service, and the actions of users who access Xemarth through your organization.
Billing and Access
Fees, renewal terms, and payment authorization are governed by your order form, invoice, or written subscription agreement. Access may be paused if payment is overdue or an account is suspended for compliance reasons.
Confidentiality and Security
Both parties should protect confidential information and use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards when handling patient or operational data exchanged through the service.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Xemarth will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising from the use of the Xemarth platform and services shall be brought in the competent courts located in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India.
